Charter Oak Health Center is seeking employment of a Quality Standards Analyst who is eager to work in a diverse environment. This person must be friendly, a people person and willing to ensure that the organizational compliance needs are met. The Quality Standards Analyst must believe in the mission and vision of Charter Oak Health Center in order to deliver top customer service.

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for review and analysis of clinical health care data to ensure compliance with Charter Oak Health Center’s standards
Compliance Responsibilities
  • Complies with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including but not limited those within the Compliance Process, Code of Conduct, and HIPAA
  • Participates in required orientation and training programs, as required.
  • Reports concerns and suspected incidences of non-compliance in accordance with COHC Compliance Reporting Process.
  • Cooperates with monitoring and audit functions and investigations.
  • Participate, as requested, in process improvement responsibilities.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills, including mastery of Microsoft Office products.
  • Detail oriented, so as to ensure accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Effective written, oral, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility and team player.
Professional Experience/Educational Requirements
  • BA/BS Degree required or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of health care related clinical or administrative experience
