Description:
The Inbound Quality Assurance (QA) Receiver is responsible for inspecting incoming shipments from manufacturers, ensuring that all products meet the standards set by the customer. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 1st shift 6Am- 2:45 PM
Product work with: Cosmetics
Pay : $18.50/ hr
Job Duties:
- Conduct QA inspections of incoming shipments, ensuring that all products meet the customer's standards and report any anomalies to the Special Projects Supervisor.
- Perform QA Level II inspections for incoming shipments under the supervision of the Special Projects Supervisor.
- Assist in quantities validation for incoming orders when required.
- Maintain the inbound staging area and desktop in a clean and organized manner, following the 5’S methodology.
- Assist in the physical and systematic transfers of inventory to rack locations when required.
- Sort through pallets, rearrange boxes, lumper qualifications required.
- Comply with disciplinary and safety protocols provided by the company.
- Perform general warehouse labor as needed.
