Schedule: We are currently hiring day, evening and overnight shifts. Differentials are available.
6:00am - 2:00pm
2:00pm - 10:00pm
10:00pm - 6:00am
The Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP), will be responsible for passing resident medications in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents. You will also assist with completing the activities of daily living (ADLs) as detailed in each resident's care/service plan.
You have successfully completed of a state approved Medication Administration training. Familiarity and willingness to work with elderly population is essential for this role. Previous experience with medication assistance preferred.
