We need good QMAPs to help in group homes in the Centennial and Littleton areas.
We need good QMAPs to help in group homes in the Centennial and Littleton areas.

- A group home is a smaller community within a home for a more personalized experience.
- Lower acuity with 1-8 patients.
- Flexible
- Most shifts are evenings is wanting FT hours. Days would be PT
- An opportunity to help these wonderful patients form a sense of independence.
- A home-like environment can have all different age groups.
- Do something different, and gain more experience.

Requirements Please do not apply if you do not have these.
- Will need a QMAP ID
- 6 +months experience
- Current TB
- COVID vaccination (1st and 2nd or J&J)
- Current BLS or CPR with First Aid
- Pass required exams
- Ability to pass a Background Check
- May need to travel to two different homes. Proximity to each other
