Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:30pm MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support and guide the estimating personnel, project managers, and construction managers on purchasing procedures
  • Ensure that all administration procedures are followed and executed in a professional manner
  • Adheres to purchasing policies, processes and procedures.
  • Carries out warehouse and inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Uses knowledge of material to acquire required equipment and related installation material.
  • Negotiates best vendor terms, pricing and delivery based on specific budget and schedule requirements.
  • Uses knowledge of machines and equipment to schedule items necessary to meet construction phases and deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Administrative/Clerical Experience required
  • 2+ years of Construction Experience required
  • HVAC Experience a plus
  • Timberline Software Experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office Experience, specifically with Excel required
  • Must have a High School Degree or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must adhere to company screenings
  • Must have valid Driver’s License

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to adhere to large amounts of sitting
  • Must be able to speak English and hear to communicate
