Overview
Traditions of America, a nationally recognized builder of 55+ resort-style communities, seeks a motivated, detail-oriented Punchout/Warranty Technician to join our growing Building division in the Pittsburgh region. Position available at our Traditions of America at Richland community in Gibsonia. Working closely with colleagues in the field, the Punchout/Warranty Tech will learn our building standards from the ground up and play a key role in upholding our commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction. This position has significant room for advancement.
Description
Responsible for the “finishing touches” on homes, striving for excellence with every delivery
Regular interaction with customers, addressing service and warranty issues with a strong focus on customer service and clear communication
Coordination with various trade partners and team members on the job
Requirements
Candidates shall have:
Outstanding finishing skills in a variety of trades with strong attention to detail
A team-player mentality
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Superior customer service skills: a “people person”
A proactive and energetic approach to the role
Ability to lift 100 pounds
Must have own tools

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
