Real Solutions Home Health Care, Inc. is opening a satellite office in northern Martin County and we are looking to hire per diem Physical Therapist & Physical Therapy Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and Speech Therapists to provide home health visits to our patients in their homes in Martin and St Lucie Counties.

We want to ensure all of our patients are cared for. All clinicians will treat patients in their home. We utilize Kinnser/Wellsky EMR. We have full PPE for all clinicians. We want to make sure our clinicians, employees and patients remain safe and healthy at all times.

Job Requirements:

• At least one year of therapy experience in a clinical setting required.
• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Physical/Occupational Therapy or Physical/Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Current unrestricted PT/PTA, OT/COTA or SLP license in the state of FL.
• Current CEUs for: OSHA, Alzheimer’s, Medication Errors and Domestic Violence and HIV/AIDS.
• Level 2 Background Check.
• Smart phone or tablet required.
• Reliable transportation with current insurance coverage and a current drivers license
• Liability insurance.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Physical and TB Test within one year.
• Knowledge of Kinnser home health systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, AHCA and ACHC regulations preferred.
• Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively.
• Demonstrates proven decision making and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent physical assessment skills with the geriatric population.
