The Commercial Fire Protection Specialist will be responsible for evaluating the current fire system of businesses, commercial buildings, and multifamily buildings and providing effective solutions to address any problems. The goal of this role is to help these entities improve their fire protection measures and earn their business. This position requires a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working independently and possesses excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the current fire system of businesses, commercial buildings, and multifamily buildings.
• Provide effective solutions to address any problems found in the fire system.
• Help entities improve their fire protection measures by recommending the best products and services.
• Work independently to reach out to potential clients and develop a customer base.
• Meet with clients to discuss their fire protection needs and present solutions to meet those needs.
• Manage a sales pipeline and follow up with potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets by closing deals and meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Stay up to date with the latest products, services, and trends in the fire protection industry.
• Attend training and other professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Knowledge of commercial fire protection systems and equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.

Working Conditions:

• This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours.
• Work is primarily conducted in the field, with frequent travel to businesses, commercial buildings, and multifamily buildings.
• Base pay plus commission based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $3,000.00 per week
