What You’ll Do:

• Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values
• Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates.

• Assist with “Request for Proposal” (“RFP”) process for active proposals, working with sales, account services and shared services teams across all IMA, Inc. and partner brand offices
• Coordinate subject matter experts to input the responses delivered and ensure that descriptions and other materials used for RFPs are up to date
• Review and edit content for use in RFP’s
• Maintain and update Ombud instance with appropriate content segmentation and content as needed
• Assist with content maintenance within RFP library to ensure accuracy and consistency in language across printed and digital materials
• Leverage content provided from subject matter experts to update and maintain stored data for future usage and communications, such as services provided, headcount, and team additions
• Communicate progress of the RFP to those involved, including those involved in the approval process
• Additional tasks and duties as needed

You Should Have::

• 1+ years’ related experience in project coordination, writing or similar functions required
• High school diploma required
• Experience with Microsoft Office products required
• Bachelor's degree preferred

While this is the targeted range, final offer amounts will depend on a variety factors, including the candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, and their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
