Maintain waiting lists for all properties owned and/or managed by the WWHA; interview applicants and gathers information to determine eligibility/ineligibility and assignment of rental unit in accordance with WWHA policies, State and Federal regulations. Maintain 100% lease-up rate; participates in marketing and community networking efforts.

Successful team members are self-motivated and take initiative to fiscally be able to assist the agency in meeting its long-term goals for growth and expansion; are team builders able to mentor staff and provide leadership within the organization. Will work hard with the understanding that there is serious work to be done and will put in the effort to do the job well. Bi-lingual, English/Spanish candidates are highly desirable.
