Short Term Property Manager
- Owner relationships - communication
- Improve New Client Onboarding system
- Set new appointments to grow the rental inventory
- Activate New Listings
- Property Inspections - ensure that the property is in good condition and rent-ready, create systems to streamline inspections
- Review rates with property owners to improve Bookings
- Implement creative ideas to improve property promotions
- Assist Bookkeeper with month-end close out and distributions
- Manage cleaning and maintenance staff/companies/vendors
- Enter work orders for maintenance items.
- Keep rental files updated
- Manages rental staff including maintenance staff and housekeeping crews.
