How.

Our Promotional Sourcer will work closely with our sourcing and recruitment teams to execute established sourcing plans and strategies specific to our field promotional specialists and related event roles. The Promotional Sourcer will search for and build pipelines of high-quality, passive candidates by uncovering and utilizing out of the box sourcing techniques and engage with passive talent.

What.

  • Sourcing candidates, including identifying best talent pipelines.
  • Connecting with candidates throughout the hiring process and developing a relationship with viable candidates.
  • Lead college recruitment efforts. With support from recruitment team, manage, develop, and coordinate on-campus recruiting activities. Establish and nurture relationship with colleges and universities.
  • Working with Senior Sourcer and Recruiters in the intake process for new requisitions, reviewing profiles, and updating pipelines.
  • Support sourcing strategies and partnering closely with internal recruiter and hiring teams.
  • Sourcing passive candidates through referrals, networking, out of the box search techniques.
  • Generating interest through Direct Sourcing.
  • Conducting initial screenings, and if the right fit, influence to join TEAM.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation within our ATS.

The need.

  • Comfortable multi-tasking and working in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • 1 to 2 years of sourcing experience, experience in the promotional event space a big plus.
  • Ability to conduct research, and the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and come up with conclusion and convey main ideas.
  • Data driven approach to problem solving and process improvement.
  • Experience collaborating with key stakeholders across organizations.
  • Experience with high volume recruitment is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, the Company believes the target range of base compensation for this role is $48K-$50K.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
