Project Technical Specialist (Effective 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR) Job at Tucson Unified School District
SUMMARY
Implements the activities and functions of a designated project with specific knowledge in assigned functional area. This position ensures that the goals and objectives for the project are accomplished in accordance with program specifications. [“Project” refers to carrying out a specific service or specific activity within a department program or a district program.]
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in project related area AND
One year of experience in project related area.
OR
Five years of experience in a project related area
Word Processing/Database/Spreadsheet Program Knowledge
Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
Any combination of education and experience that meets the minimum requirements.
May be additional requirements depending on functional area assigned.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check.
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

Location: Grants & Federal/21st CCLC - 1010 E. 10th St.
Classification: Supervisory/Professional – Grade: 12
FTE: 1.0 – 8 hours per day
Work Calendar: 12 month
Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
