This role will be focused on projects across our geographic footprint. You will have the opportunity to touch projects in states across the Wester US. Responsibilities:

· Managing budgets; including internal labor and equipment costs, subcontractors, and materials.

· A clear understanding of our construction process and methods, including submittals creation (combination of technical data and shop drawings), collaborating with vendors to address customer questions and many others.

· Basic computer skills with the use of Microsoft Office. Familiarity with project management software (eSUB), is a plus.

· Perform quantity takeoffs.

· Solicit and analyze subcontractor and material quotations.

· Prepare and monitor project schedules.

· Issue and administer subcontracts.

· Monthly progress billing.

· Identifying and addressing field changes.

· Work with A/R and A/P on accounts.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Detail oriented

- This position will require time in both the office and the field as well as have opportunity to work remotely.

Requirements:

  • Preferred but not required, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Construction Management or related field.
  • Previous sales and management experience may be advantageous.
  • Strong construction industry knowledge.
  • Computer literacy and good organizational skills.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
