Job Summary: Under the direction of the Director of IT, the Project Manager - IT Systems will be responsible for leadingprojects and technology implementations - in the CRM and commercial areas. They will be responsible for partnering with internal customers to understand the objectives associated to a project and to ensure requirements are properly defined and documented. The Project Manager - IT Systems is responsible for project planning, project oversight, facilitation, and escalation of project issues and support of project staff. They help ensure the project meets deadlines, they coordinate efforts of team members and oversee all aspects of a project to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget. Essential Functions:  Partner with internal customers to understand and define project scope, goals, and deliverablesthat support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders.  Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.  Track project costs in order to meet budget.  Take ownership and actively manage the project throughout its entire lifecycle following thestandard project management processes and methodologies from IT.  Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.  Communicate status of projects to key stakeholders on a regular basis and with totaltransparency.  Make sure risks are proactively identified, documented, and mitigated throughout the life of theproject.  Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.  Contribute to the continuous improvement of standard project management processes andtools in the Business Systems team.  Track project milestones and deliverables.  Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results,and troubleshoot problem areas.  Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the projectlife cycle.  Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report in order to identifysuccessful and unsuccessful project elements.  Work with stakeholders to manage project priorities, resources, and objectives.  Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and be accountable for project timelines and deliverables.  Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile inconsistency, andbreak down high-level information into details.  Navigates project changes effectively, removes barriers and coordinates with a variety of cross-functional project team members using change management process.  Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expecteddeliverables.  Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.  Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multipleprojects.  Ensure resource availability and allocation.  Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.  Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Other Functions:  Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.  Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, andexperience levels. Qualifications (skills, knowledge, experience):  Bachelor's degree.  5-8 years ofsuccessful project management experience in technology projects.  PMP Certification preferred.  Experience managing complex cross-functional teams.  Proficient in project management best practices & methodologies.  Strong oral and written communication skills.  Strong stakeholder management skills.  Highly organized and proactive in project management and execution.  Experience as a CRM project manager is a plus.  Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.  Continuous development of leadership skills.  Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00 - $105,523.40 per year
