KEANE Architectural Woodwork located in Coconut Creek, Florida manufactures and installs high-end quality millwork, casework, custom closets and other custom decorative elements for the Healthcare, Hospitality, Private, Educational and Financial Sectors. Our 30,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility has the latest, state of the art machinery, machine technology, computer-aided design and environmentally friendly finishing department.

Summary

Project Manager must have Architectural background for Millwork.

The Project Manager must be capable of reading architectural drawings to scale as it relates to millwork and woodwork. The individual must be highly motivated, organized and very detail oriented. Individual should be able to multi-task, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision and have strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills to ensure all established deadlines are met.

The individual must be able to oversee multiple projects at the same time, plan and organize installation schedules with our installers.

Duties & Responsibilities

· contract administration

· project financials set-up/updates

· establish project objectives

· attend on-site preconstruction meetings

· attend weekly client project meetings

· expedite, review, and provide “Quality Control” on shop drawings and submittals

· material orders

· determine long lead items

· timely release of approved materials to suppliers and installers

· verify job readiness and coordinate installation of product with installers

· verify field dimensions, backing locations and mechanical/electrical rough-ins.

· estimate overruns and/or under-runs and omissions related to the job cost

· price and process change order proposals and coordinate with estimating department when required. Change order proposals are to be reviewed with Team.

· effectively make progress payment requests to eliminate underbilling

· monitor the progress of the assigned projects - correspondence, job cost reports, progress billings, and field reports and keep Team informed of unresolved problems

· Maintain- proposal log, RFI log, submittal log, material status report, change order log

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of work experience in the Architectural Millwork Field
• Bachelor's in Project Management (Preferred)
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Spanish (a plus)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
