Project Manager Job at Rosen Hotels & Resorts
Coordinate small renovation/construction projects from beginning to end and/or parts of large construction projects. Projects are typically multi-disciplined (architectural, structural, mechanical, etc.) and relate to hospitality structures or various non-hotel philanthropic efforts of interest to the Owner. Work shall be conducted primarily from a permanent indoor office, but onsite/field work (inspections, etc.) is also often needed at times. The overall goal is to optimize schedule, cost, and quality for all improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to read construction drawings, interpret code provisions, understand and compare specifications, read and write contracts, and communicate effectively.
