Job Description:

Our Energizing the Future Program has an immediate need for a project assistant to support the program consisting of a combination of small to moderate size transmission, substation, and communication projects. The Project Assistant will report directly to the Closeout Team Lead on the program and is responsible for supporting the creation, storage, and upkeep of Host Contractor Forms (HCF). The HCF forms are an OSHA requirement, and the client requires them to be transmitted to the vendor prior to commencing onsite work. The information on the HCF is obtained by contacting local representatives who are familiar with the project site to confirm voltages, site hazards among other relevant site information.

• Track status of Host Contractor Forms (HCF) requests and resolve outstanding missing items.
• Review provided information and transmit HCF to vendors.
• Receive electronic files from vendors and clients (e.g. site voltages, know hazards, status reports) and upload files into ProjectWise and/or FileNet.
• Proactively follow-up with vendors and client to ensure completion of Host Contractor Form (HCF) information.
• Facilitate communication between vendors and client counterparts.
