Description of Duties:

The Project Client Support Admin supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:


  • Contribute to and implement large and small scale IT Projects as applicable.
  • Provide in-person and Phone Support to project customers on an as-needed basis.
  • Install Hardware at End Users offices (Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, etc) as applicable to IT Project execution and implementation.
  • Display and possess strong Customer Service skills, as this is a customer facing position.

The successful candidate will:


  • Conduct themselves in a professional manner to include the appropriate dress (business casual).
  • Have strong written and verbal communications skills.

This position will require some travel


This position will be filled at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL


This position is expected to pay $68,000 - $78,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.

Here’s What You’ll Need:


Basic Requirements:

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 1 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 0 years of general experience


  • Must have 2 years of experience in an engineering field
  • Must be able to lift, and carry, 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to move freely around a large facility, perform under desk work, as well as other physical aspects of the position
  • Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT level II certification (e.g. Security+, Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
  • Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance

Desired Requirements:


  • Have Customer Service experience
  • Have DoD experience
