Job Summary
Xavier University of Louisiana is accepting applications for a full-time position of Program Manager: Clinical Trials for ongoing Clinical Trials Awareness and Diversity Grant. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing the administration of the Roche-Genentech funded community outreach project across Xavier’s community partners. He/she will provide program support to the investigators, coordinate community engagement and fieldwork training, oversee fieldwork operations and data collection, collect data and monitor data quality, and work closely with investigators to track program progress and report to Xavier University and funder
leadership. The Program Manager will monitor program expenditures to ensure compliance with the program budget and timely completion of deliverables. He/she will assist in development of education materials in print anddigital formats for our internal and external partners, community partners and patient participants. AA/EOE

Minimum Qualifications
1. BSc + 1 year of relevant experience in education, healthcare or community engagement
or
2. Master’s (MPH, MSc, MA) in Public Health, Community Engagement, Social Work or directly related field
or
2. Master’s (MPH, MSc, MA) in Public Health, Community Engagement, Social Work or directly related field
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience managing complex program with multiple consortium partners desired
2. Language proficiency in a secondary language such as : Spanish, French, Arabic, Vietnamese or Chinese
