Location: Hybrid (must live in Roxbury, MA region)

Job Type: Part-Time

Schedule: 20 hours/week to be assigned by the Executive Director.

The Position:
The EforAll Roxbury team is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated person to join the Roxbury site. The full-time Program Coordinator is integral to assisting all programs EforAll provides to our entrepreneurs. Through collaboration and relationship building, the Program Coordinator provides general assistance with entrepreneurship education and support programs, including administrative work, interaction with many different audiences and diverse entrepreneurs (a wide variety of ages, backgrounds, cultures, abilities, and levels of motivation), including program participants, mentors, leadership, funders, and the general public.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Passion for inclusive entrepreneurship and developing the economic vitality of marginalized communities.
  • Able to take direction and complete tasks on tight deadlines.
  • Focused, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Support the Executive Director with administrative tasks.
  • Manage and track calendar deadlines for donor reports.
  • Work with the Executive Director to input, organize and update changes to existing data figures in digital databases.
  • Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
  • Work with the Program Manager to ensure program quality and consistency.
  • Support the planning and execution of Pitch Contests, Workshops, Info Sessions, and other activities for the Startup Accelerator and Awareness Building programs.
  • Coordinate details for events, workshops, and programs, such as setting up the platform, creating promotional materials, etc.
  • Maintain a database with contact and program information.
  • Serve as a resource in the recruitment of new entrepreneurs and managing communication with current and former entrepreneurs.
  • Assist with outreach and marketing efforts using tools such as flyers, email marketing, SMS, and social media posts.
  • Responsible for Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Minimum Requirements:
  • HS diploma, associate degree preferred.
  • Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in person and remotely with a strong, reliable internet connection. (If the candidate does not have current technology, EforAll will supply a laptop).
  • Available to work evening hours as needed, hours between 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
  • Knowledgeable on social media platforms; Instagram and Facebook.
  • Experience with Canva preferred.
  • Strong ability with technology is essential. Familiarity with Google Suite (including mail, calendar, docs, slides, sheets, and Drive) preferred.
