About the FMP:
The Faculty Mentor Program will provide 24 faculty members the opportunity to connect with a tenured faculty member, who will guide them through the 2023-2024 Academic Year.
Essential Duties:
The FMP Coordinator will do the following:
- Attend training meetings with administrative lead in Summer 2023 (8 hours)
- Develop a training program for faculty mentors in Summer 2023 (25 hours)
- Attend the Faculty Mentor Program Kickoff meeting during Fall Flex, week of 8/22/2023 (1 hour)
- Report monthly to Guided Pathways Pillar 3 with updates (4 hours)
- Facilitate monthly check-in/on-going training meetings during the primary terms with the mentors (10 hours)
- Develop an exit interview, survey, and meeting for all participants (mentors and mentees) (4 hours)
- Miscellaneous related duties (8 hours)

Salary Detail Information: Compensation is a stipend of $5,000 for 60 hours from Summer 2023-Spring 2024
