Falmouth Country Club is now looking for four individuals that are the right fit to join our team as Professional Servers in this prestigious club's extensive food and beverage operation.
The Club offers a formal dining room, a fun "Clubroom" and bar area with fireplace, outside seating with a view of the golf course, beautiful upstairs indoor golf facility, a seasonally-available, tented pavilion area, and a pool complex offering a poolside bar and full menu service.
In addition to day to day member service, Falmouth Country Club hosts weddings and events up to 300 guests in size.
The Servers are responsible for assisting the F&B managers in the dining rooms for our property, and will act as lead servers to our part time and seasonal staff. The right candidate/s needs to be extremely personable, professional and establish relationships with our membership, as they are all "regulars" in a private club setting. Additional responsibilities include assisting in training event and restaurant service staff and general operations and organization within the clubhouse.

This is a Full-Time Salaried position with Health, Dental and Vision Benefits. We are focused on providing not only a livable wage but a comfortable one.
Pay: $58,000.00 guaranteed per year. There will also be the opportunity to collect cash tips if offered by the customers.
