Lang's Audio-TV & Appliance is a family-owned, independent appliance and electronics retailer based in Aberdeen, SD. We have been awarded Best Appliance Store and Best Electronics Store for five years in a row. We are looking for a talented sales consultant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies)
- Assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise in our store, online, and processing special orders by phone and in person.
- Ensure that every customer receives exceptional service.
- Meet or exceed sales goals established by store management.
Requirements
- Must be passionate about customer service.
- Have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Belief in team and family work environment.
- Be able to lift / push / pull 80 pounds
- Saturday hours are mandatory.
- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service is a huge plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
