Job Opening Summary
The professional recruiter is responsible for the recruitment and hiring of assigned departments and positions for all entities of UF Health Central Florida. Responsibilities include requisition/position management; attendance at recruitment and job fair events; interviewing and hiring in compliance with state, federal and local laws and regulations; and generation of all recruitment reports.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree required, or in lieu of bachelor's degree, candidate must have an associate's degree with 5 years of experience in recruiting and willing to obtain bachelor's degree within 2 years.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
N/A
Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:
- Must be able to read, write in, speak and understand English.
- Hospital or other industry recruitment experience required.
- Knowledge of HR employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain objectivity and confidentiality.
- Commitment to equity in team member relations.
- Demonstrated ability in the areas of customer service, critical thinking skills and interpersonal skills (both oral and written) with poise, tact and diplomacy.
