Key Responsibilities:

1. Notify appropriate personnel of quality and production line issues.
2. Hand-sort product to remove foreign material and defects from line flow.
3. Check for improperly sealed packages, strips out packages, and adds back product into line flow.
4. Clean equipment, walls and floors with chemical agents during factory clean-ups and as directed by supervision. Uses shovels, brooms, squeegees, etc to cleaning work areas.
5. Adhere to stringent sanitation standards when handling product and take necessary precautions to avoid product contamination while cleaning.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 6 months manufacturing experience is a PLUS! But not necessary! We will train the right candidate!
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions both written and oral as well as read and interpret schedules related to production/ product schedules and line changeovers.

Physical Demand:

Constant: use and movement of hands and standing on regularly scheduled shift.

Frequently: Bending, grasping of hands, and reaching for up to 8 -12 hours daily

Pay: $20.35 - $22.35 per hour
