JENNMAR Services is currently seeking highly dynamic individuals for our Clearfield Utah Manufacturing Plant. Our Employee manually operates the roll form machine per manufacturing specifications to form a finished channel or mat onto specified raw steel stock meeting ASTM F-432 Standards. Employee operates overhead crane to load raw steel stock into roll form machine. Employee performs quality inspection of finished product following required inspection procedures. Employee manually stacks and bundles finished product for storage/shipping. Employee performs light maintenance and machine setup actions during all phases of manufacturing to produce required, specified results. Employee performs cleanup/housekeeping actions as required.

Basic Job Duties of the Manufacturing Production Worker:

  • Performs a safety evaluation of assigned work station and surrounding area and a daily safety checklist inspection of machine/equipment prior to operation.
  • Performs light maintenance and machine setup actions as required per customer order specification and ASTM F-432 Standards.
  • Manually operates the roll form machine per standard operating and safety procedures to form a finished channel or mat onto specified raw steel material stock meeting ASTM F-432 Standards
  • Performs quality assurance monitoring of finished steel product to ensure adherence to customer order specification(s) and ASTM F-432 Standards.
  • Stacks and bundle finished product for storage/shipping.
  • Performs machine/equipment, work station, and surrounding area cleanup/housekeeping tasks as required

Requirements of the Manufacturing Production Worker:

  • Job performance demands constant application of the following physical requirements: use of hands.
  • Job performance demands frequent application of the following physical requirements: lifting (Avg. 20 lbs), standing, reaching, near/far vision, pulling, bending, twisting, foot controls, multiple limb coordination.
  • Job performance demands occasional application of the following physical requirements: lifting (Max. 65 lbs), carrying, walking, sitting, overhead reach/lift, pushing, squatting, kneeling, twisting, fine manipulation, climbing, balancing, close visual acuity, upper limb coordination.

Schedule of the Manufacturing Production Position:

  • 8:00 – 5:00 M-F

Compensation of the Manufacturing Production Position:

  • $17-$19 per hour DOE
