What does a successful Production Operator do at Fiserv:

• Fulfillment of Customer Orders
• Pick Orders
• Assemble/Pack Orders
• Ship Orders
• Responsible for meeting daily quality goals
• Responsible for meeting productivity goals
• Maintaining Inventory Integrity
• Work in different areas within Deployment

What you will need to have:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to use a computer (email & excel), as well as accessories (handheld scanners, printers)
• Must be willing and able to work overtime as required
• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours

What would be great to have:

• Computer science background
• Experience with Oracle
• Experience installing software applications
