Our client, an industry leading investor communication provider needs a Production Control Analyst. This is a long-term temporary opportunity located in Wayne, NJ with the possibility of being hired by our client.

This position works with the Operations teams to ensure Customer orders are initiated and met within production schedules. Additionally, the Production Control Analyst reviews with management to determine job creation commitments and assists in determining the execution and schedules of job commitments.

Responsibilities of the Production Control Analyst include:

· Maintaining an efficient workflow and production timelines of ongoing projects

· Generate reports and provide strategic solutions.

· Review job tickets and job specifications.

· Ensure Service Level standards are met and tracked.

· Monitor approval process ensuring all jobs are approved and released to production.

· Prepare reports for Management.

· Provide Administrative support as needed.

· Identify possible production issues.

Qualifications needed for the Production Control Analyst are:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a fulfillment center environment.

· Extensive experience with print warehouse management

· Knowledge of job tracking/inventory control software a definite plus

· Prior experience in an operations or production environment

· Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and analytical skills; must be detail oriented.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

· Strong people skills, able to interact with all levels of management.

This position works Monday – Friday 8 am to 5p and must be flexible to work overtime. Payrate for this position is $20 - $21/hr.
