Shift:

This is a union environment and shifts can change with bids that are based off seniority. After your 90 day probationary period has been reached, you can then exercise your seniority right to bid to a different shift, department, or job.

1st Shift 18.75/HR 6:00am – 4:30pm

2nd shift 18.95/HR 5:00pm – 3:30am

10 hour shifts 4-6 days a week ( Monday - Thursday )

-Employees are eligible for benefits and Life insurance after probation is met.

-Employees are eligible for company matching contributions one year after date of hire. The Company will match 50% of the first 4%of employee’s contributions per pay period. Starting one year after date of hire the Company will make an auto contribution to such an employee’s account each pay period equal to 3.5% of pay, regardless of employee contributes to the Plan.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Position components and/or sub-assemblies in correct relationship by either manual means or by using locating fixtures.

-Secure with mechanical fasteners (screws, clips, etc.) or adhesives

-Check parts and alignment, setting aside faulty material and notifying Supervisor

-Clean parts and/or sub-assemblies as required

-Repair damage to painted parts with brush or spray

-Connect to gas/air/electric test equipment and check as specified

-Package, carton and identify (stencil, etc.)

-Determine and record production counts

-Keep equipment and working area clean and in good order

-Perform quality checks as required

Requirements:

-High School Diploma or GED is mandatory

-Authorized to work in the US

-Warehouse experience is preferred
