Product Owner, Service Cloud (Contract)
ASICS Digital is seeking an experienced Product Owner to help lead innovative and high-impact eCommerce projects for ASICS and its brands globally based in Boston, Massachusetts. Specifically, this person will help drive the planning and execution of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud initiatives for the ASICS America eCommerce site.
This individual will manage a scrum team/pod and partner closely with ASICS Digital and Global Support teams as well as external vendors to effectively plan, manage and drive implementation of complex, cross-functional, large-scale projects.

The role falls under ASICS Digital and will report into the Program Management Office in Boston, Massachusetts. This individual will manage a scrum team/pod and partner closely with both internal stakeholders as well as external regional stakeholders and vendors to effectively plan, manage and deliver cohesive in-store and online shopping experiences that strengthen customer relationships, insights and lifetime value.

Responsibilities:

    • Manage an agile scrum team to drive implementation of ASICS America’s regional roadmap (focused on initiatives across Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud).
    • Own Agile ceremonies for efficient execution - daily scrum, sprint planning and grooming, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
    • Partner closely with the Product Manager to create requirements and maintain a ready and prioritized backlog.
    • Guard the teams against interruption or distraction, help build a culture of focus.
    • Evaluate existing processes for efficiency opportunities and lead the change.

Requirements:

    • 5+ years product management, project management and/or operations management experience overseeing software development projects.
    • Excellent communication skills including the ability to influence and articulate clear, measurable objectives after developing a detailed understanding of the business goals.
    • Seasoned expert with project management tools such as i.e., JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Excel, etc.
    • Extensive experience and/or knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
    • Experience in eCommerce, preferably in global organizations.
    • Salesforce experience preferred.
    • Certified Scrum Master and/or Project Management Professional certifications preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus).

Location:

    • Boston, MA is the preferred location for this position (Hybrid). The Company will consider a remote work arrangement in the following locations only: AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MD, MI, MO, NH, NJ (except for Jersey City), NV, OH, OR, PA, NC, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, or WI.

$55 - $65 an hour
