The Campbell Soup Product Information Management (PIM)/Digital Shelf Sr Analyst is responsible for ensuring the product information management system (Salsify) is complete for product related attributes, which will be synchronized within and outside of the GDSN to our customers, consumers and well as feed other internal recipients requiring product content. This position requires collaboration within Master Data as well as with regulatory, legal, marketing, R&D and Sales.
Responsibilities:
  • Training and Governance
    • Documents data attributes, taxonomy, hierarchy, workflow, and procedures in the PIM tool (Salsify) and metadata management tool
    • Provides training to users in utilizing the PIM
  • Tool Administration/Operational Support
    • Support mailbox requests for product information, running channels or providing reports to the business as needed
    • Steady state data collection/publication (item setup, validations, data quality)
    • Coordinate with the data owners to collect product attribute information
    • Imports, exports and links digital assets to product groups
    • Respond to both internal and external requests for product related data and assist with the prioritization effort
    • Manage retailer product assortments
    • Management of retailer specific digital asset assortments
    • Develop processes within the tool to support seasonal content, LTOs, etc.
    • Support Syndigo tool by ensuring content is being picked up by retailers and analyzing error reporting
    • Work with eCommerce team to investigate Profitero retailer error reporting
  • Process/Continuous Improvement
    • Coordinates projects related to data enrichment, data cleansing and process improvement by defining and managing project scope, deliverables, resources required, and timelines
    • Run and analyze data quality reports
    • Relaying data quality inconsistencies to applicable data owner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years’ work experience preferred
  • Previous experience with product attribute data a plus
  • Knowledge or and ability to perform data gathering, analysis and process flow design
  • Previous experience with data validation
  • Basic project management skills a plus
  • Immediate skills in Excel required
  • Ability to extract, analyze and report on data required
  • Must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Highly driven and self-motivated personality required
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and multiple deadlines
Salary Ranges:
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$72,900.00 - $131,100.00
An individual’s base pay depends on a number of factors, such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation, such as a performance-based bonus and other short- and long-term incentives. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401(k), and wellness benefits beginning on one’s first day of employment.
