We are looking to hire a Product Fulfillment Senior Manager to lead a small team lead of Product Fulfillment Senior Managers supporting Dishwasher & Laundry product lines as well as execute assigned PFM duties. The PFM’s are responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for their product for demand and supply planning in a strategic, high revenue business. In addition, this role will ensure the development of an effective S&OP process that will be tailored to this strategic category, and supports growth, capacity planning, product flow, and effective use of cash. The Product Line Senior Manager is also responsible for developing standard operating procedures for the defined product line category as well as overall product S&OP execution. They will be responsible for driving S&OP alignment with Product Managers and PVP’s for the product line.

How You'll Create Possibilities
  • Set and execute strategy for Product Line S&OP and S&OE.
  • Drive alignment with Product Management and PVP’s with S&OP strategy.
  • Develop standard operating procedures for the team and drive process improvements.
  • Execute supply and capacity planning for product.
  • Align supply and capacity planning to Microenterprise growth strategy.
  • Recommend capacity or ADC strategy changes to align with Microenterprise growth.
  • Lead monthly S&OP collaboration and plan execution across all functions.
  • Annually construct the OP plan / inventory budget for assigned factories and suppliers.
  • Set up and Maintain SKUs in the production ordering system.
  • Identify value stream process improvement opportunities.
  • Place production orders to factories within agreed upon S&OP capacities and lead times utilizing the ERP ordering processes.
  • Develop and lead ad-hoc scenario planning to proactively manage supply gaps. Escalate supply issues that will interfere with customer demand and identify alternative actions.
  • Manage SKU life cycle across customers and GEA network, leading ramp up/down plans and managing system settings.
  • Collaboration on sales forecast with Demand Planners and Customer Fulfillment managers to identify exceptions and reach alignment.
  • Manage constrained sales forecast based on supply expectations.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Operations, or Finance.
  • Seven (7) years of experience in Parts or Product Fulfillment, Materials, Product Management, Supply Chain Operations, Sourcing, Distribution, and/ or Order Service Management.
  • Deep understanding of the Supply Chain with specific emphasis on finished goods or parts material planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively manage high volume operations with competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated change agent with high personal initiative. Driven to continually improve processes and leverage systems. Inquisitive, results-driven, demonstrates ownership.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills; ability to perform spreadsheet analysis and pull data from system tables.
  • Strong proficiency with Oracle.
  • Ability to support occasional work after normal working hours or weekend work.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to segment and manage supplier relationships. Quick to identify and execute relationship strategies with stakeholders and suppliers to improve overall efficiency, performance, accountability, compliance, and value.
  • Financial Analytics: Ability to analyze of financial data, benchmarking metrics and supply data to develop and execute on the supply chain strategy.
