Procurement Coordinator to be a key member of our team. This role will be responsible for monitoring inventory and sales history, the placing, tracking and follow up on purchase orders and ownership of the purchasing process.
This role will pay a wage of $17 to $20.

- Maintains the computerized purchasing system
- Assures the best possible pricing is secured by researching vendors and products.
- Prints all purchase orders and maintains packing slip/repair reports for processing with invoices.
- Processes all invoices within 48 hours of receipt from Accounts Payable
- Tracking of the monthly budget spread
- Coordinate with the Accounts Payable on processing of invoices
- Logging all invoices into a monthly budget spreadsheet
- Assist Procurement and Payroll Manager as needed
- Occasionally serve as Operations Event Manager
- Maintain and issue safety permits to staff and contractors
- Serve on safety committee and coordinate initiatives
- One year general office experience
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Superior interpersonal and communicative skills
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
- Occasional non-traditional hours, i.e. weekends, holidays.
