Title: Procurement Coordinator
Location: Saint Louis, MO
Duration: 6 Months

Description:
The role is responsible for the analysis and processing of accounts payable and invoice matching for the procurement ingredients group. Assistance in health checks, data visualization, and general SAP/Reporting support. Documentation collection and analysis of relevant Procurement data with our external facing partners. This person will support the team on AP, Invoicing, and Master Data quality.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Information collection and Analysis:

• Analyze and reconcile payment blocks
• Aggregate different procurement data sets and quality check validation
• Investigate vendor organizational structures through phone calls and interviews to un-cover raw material supply points
• Assist with accounts payable discrepancies
• Work with Vendor Master Setup process
• Other tasks as assigned

FINANCIAL/STRATEGIC IMPACT:
Responsible for aggregating and synthesizing large amounts of Procurement data across to supplement resource constraints on buying teams. This role is designed to provide support on payment and vendor master issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates preferred but not required.

EXPERIENCE:

• 1+ years of experience in business handling data analysis or financial analysis for an organization
• Proficiency in Excel
• SAP experience preferred

Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
