As a key member of the Analytics Team, the Senior Procurement Analyst will support and lead several, highly-visible, global initiatives that will streamline multiple processes and drive improved monthly analyses.

  • This position is hybrid but must reside within drivable distance of our Rosemont, IL facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the global standardization and streamlining of supplier inflation and savings tracking and calculations for Global Indirects
  • Provide invoice analyses and auditing support of current inflation and savings calculations.
  • Develop key vendor and customer analyses to support Global Procurement teams.
  • Create and own “Pitch Decks” for Procurement
  • Specific details include, category analyses, market data insight, supplier profiles, and financial performance.
  • Support the standardization and implementation of best business practices across the globe and maintain related policy and procedure documents.
  • Support the annual procurement budget process for Global Indirects and Logistics
  • Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related area or equivalent required.
  • Minimum three years of FP&A or Analytics experience with a multi-location, international manufacturer.
  • Experience using a variety of Consolidation, Analytical, and ERP systems to develop models and drive decision making for the business.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Proven strong communication, analytical, and project management skills required.
  • Ability to “dive into the unknown” and work independently with minimum supervision within a fast-paced environment.
