Hours: FT Position Mon, Tues, Thur, every other Friday and weekend hours also available.
Needed ASAP, a kind, competent nurse to work with a patient in their home providing primary nursing care. Patient in need of nurse with trach and G-Tube experience, well versed on comprehensive assessment with focus on respiratory, pain and skin. Kind family with pleasant working environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Health monitoring, observation and data collection.
- Complete all documentation in a timely manner, using technology-based charting.
- Ensure a healthy and clean work environment
- Work as a team with the interdisciplinary team (LPN, RN, Therapist, Family)
- Maintain attendance requirements per policy
- ADL assistance and adherence to the plan of care.
- Other duties as assigned in our pursuit to provide a great nursing care!
