Dresser Responsibilities:
· A PrimoHoagies Dresser/Sandwich Maker should be knowledgeable on all menu items, recipes and how to operate ovens.
· The Dresser is responsible for dressing, preparing, wrapping, weighing, pricing, rotating and properly merchandising the products.
· Products include deli meats, deli cheeses, produce, hot and cold hoagies, catering trays, and merchandiser side items.
· Maintaining the cleanliness of the station and frequently restocking of the station is of upmost importance. *The Dresser may also be needed to assist at other positions from time to time.*
