Compensation: $13.00 -$14.00 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Maintain state and Goddard ratios throughout the day (with support of Directors)
• Assist in providing children with morning/afternoon snack
• Provide teachers lunch breaks and 10-minute breaks as needed
• Assist in daily sanitizing to provide a clean school
• Assist in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans for your students
• Engage with students on a personal level to create a fun learning experience
• Assist in inputting and updating daily notes for each student on Tadpoles App
• Adhere to The Goddard School’s Quality Assurance requirements by maintaining a safe and healthy classroom environment
• Assist in communicating on a professional level with co-workers and families/parents

Requirements:

• Must be available from 9am-6pm (typically a 4-6 hours shift within that time frame)
• Available to work 20-30 hours per week (opportunity for up to 40 hours/week)
• Minimum of a high school diploma
• Must be a team player
• Highly organized and punctual
• Nurturing and loving
• Reliable and has a commitment to professionalism
• Prior experience working with children is preferred but not required
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
