Responsibilities

We are looking for Restaurant Kitchen Staff (Back of House Team Members) that are skilled, highly motivated, and have a friendly attitude. Our Restaurant Kitchen Staff are the backbone our restaurant and will be responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and timeliness of our food while assisting other BOH functions, depending on the position. Kitchen staff are to implement our strict prep, cooking, and sanitation standards that will help us maintain high-quality dishes and cleanliness through the key applicable responsibilities below:

• Maintain a clean, groomed, and professional appearance
• Ability to stand/prep/cook/clean for long periods of time
• Cooperate and communicate with all other kitchen staff
• Support other BOH staff when needed
• Report to the Kitchen Manager and General Manager
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and internal protocols

Skills

• Hands-on experience in a kitchen

• Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy
• High school diploma is a plus but not required
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)'

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
