Jasmine Mongolian Grill is looking for Full Time Prep . We are located on 31515 Pete von Reichbauer Way, Federal Way.
We have been in Business for 30 plus years. We are modern Chinese all-you can-eat spot with central grill in the open kitchen.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as the food prepper. Shift availability: Monday-Thursday 11:00am-9:00pm, Friday & Saturday 11:00am-10:00pm & Sunday 11:00am- 9:00pm. ( Closing duties can take up to 30 minutes).
Responsibilities:
The work must be completed quickly and correctly, assisting with conducting quality control on each dish. (Training will be provided)
- Washing dishes. and utensils that you have used.
- Review the storeroom, walk-in fridge and freezer to check for low-stock items.
- Chopping vegetables.
- Wipe down prep area and table.
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments.
- No prior experience is required.
- Must be able to work different shifts including holidays, nights and weekends.
- Must have organizational & work in a fast-paced environment .
All new employee(s) will work as part of the food service team while ensuring they can work in a busy environment, as well as maintain quality and proficiency in the kitchen.
Employees must follow instructions from senior staff and pay close attention to cleaning and following sanitation rules.
Employees must utilize time management skills and obtain a “Food Handler’s Permit” From the state. within two weeks of starting employment. (Easy process) Must be 18 years old to apply.
