An upscale bookshop, bistro and bar coming soon to Grosse Pointe, is looking for a lead line cook with at least four years of experience in a similar role.

Requirements
-able to clean and sanitize food prep and work stations
-familiarity with cutting vegetables, following recipes and proper food handling
-understanding of proper food rotation (FIFO)
-familiar with pantry station
-ability to put up consistent food
