Assists in overseeing the keeping of the Building including HVAC, Office, Lunchroom, and Restrooms are in good , clean and in an orderly condition.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a basic mechanical aptitude.
• Must possess the ability to exercise good and rational judgment
• Must possess the skills to work effectively with peers and subordinates.
• Assist in overseeing the maintenance of the building and equipment.
• Use carpentry/mechanical skills as required, including using power and hand tools
• Must perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds to a 4-foot height.
• Must be able to obtain a Sterilite fork truck license.
• Must have a Valid Drivers license.
• Must be safety conscious.
• Must have HVAC experience.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common
fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized
situations.

Selection will be based on attendance, knowledge, ability and physical fitness to do the job in question. Applicants applying for this position will be required to take and pass a drug test prior to being considered.

Working hours 7a.m. - 3:30p.m.
