This position is responsible for crafting our perfect pizzas. This position will make and stretch our handmade dough from scratch, assemble all-natural ingredients, and cook amazing pizzas in our brick oven.

• An individual with experience providing excellent customer service, with a sense of urgency, in a fast-paced environment

Essential Functions of This Position:

• Prepare and cook to order pizzas and wings. Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by customer, and prepare food according to instructions
• Manage dough - proof, stretch, and prepare
• Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment
• Clean food preparation areas and cooking surfaces
• Complete side work as needed
