Pipe Welder / Fitter Job at Gottfried Contracting, LLC
Gottfried Contracting, LLC is a Prime Mechanical Construction Company based out of the Greater New Orleans area. We are looking for experienced Pipe Fitters, Utility Pipe Layers and Welders for Sewer Lift Stations to work in various locations in the Greater New Orleans area, particularly St. Tammany ( Slidell, Mandeville, Covington).
These job positions are located typically in Water Sewerage Treatment Plants and in Lift Stations, and require knowledge in the installation of large diameter ductile iron pipe with cast iron, Flanged and Mechanical Joint Fittings.
Applicants should be knowledgeable in these types of piping installations; Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper and PVC piping installations.
This is a permanent position with a 60 year old company. We retain our employees.
