Ready to be a part of the growing Pickleball industry? This is a unique opportunity to assist the leadership to plan, organize, promote and execute newly forming pickleball programs, including a pickleball club, private & group lessons, leagues, and tournaments! Share your pickleball skills, strategies and techniques to eager students. Instruct teens and adults through private lessons and group lessons in the game of Pickleball. Hold weekly clinics. As an instructor/professional, you will develop this new program for the Williston Fitness Center to engage members and nonmembers in the game of pickleball. This position reports to the Tennis Professional/Coordinator.

A year-round opportunity! working a flexible, part time schedule - evenings and weekends; averaging 15-20 hour per week.

Outdoor season runs May, June, July, August, September/(October: weather permitting)

Indoor season runs November, December, January, February, March April

Effectively and successfully Teach/Instruct Pickleball to teens and adults while fostering fun and teamwork. Provide excellent & responsive service to the members with timely follow up regarding class scheduling and related matters. Employ consistent professional, ethical and logically sound business practices to the program and its participants. Perform administrative duties in a timely fashion.

Minimum Qualifications:

We seek upbeat, creative people who enjoy playing the game of pickleball and reflect a passion for teaching teens and adults this hot new sporting activity.

One year of experience is required working with the public in a setting in which you are providing a service to customers.

Desired Qualifications:

Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR) and United States CDP and first aid certification.

Two years instructing Pickleball.
