Qualifications
Entry Level (I) – Required of All Staff
RequirementBachelor’s DegreePhysical Therapy
With 6 month clinical internship
RequirementLicenseWashington State as Physical Therapist
RequirementCertificationCPR
Staff Level (II)
RequirementExperienceMinimum of 1 year working experience as a PT
RequirementFTE/Status0.5 FTE or greater
Clinical Specialist or Senior Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Therapist
RequirementDepartment CriteriaAs determined by management team
Additional knowledge and skill requirements: working knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, wound healing, and disease progression; an understanding of the base components, both physical and cognitive, of ADLs (assisted daily living) and levels of ADL independence; the ability to customize, adapt, and graduate to a home or work site environment or to adapt to a given treatment plan and equipment; and excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
