We are seeking to hire Full-time and
PRN Physical Therapists (PT) for our Home Health Care Agency.
Service locations in Akron/Summit County and Medina Ohio. Flexible schedule (you make your own).
Duties:

Duties:
- Functions under physician's orders.
- Provides and directs physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning, and implementation, and completes related documentation and communication.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist from an accredited program with qualifications required to manage and supervise PTA.
- Clinical experience in home health or rehabilitative setting with a broad scope of PT skills in orthopedic, neurological, and pain management disorders.
- CPR Certified.
