Midland's Emporia PACE Center is searching for a Physical Therapist to join our team!

Summary

Midland Care is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our PACE team and provide therapeutic interventions to our elderly participants. This position is an essential part of our Interdisciplinary Teams (IDT) and will provide valuable input into participants' total plan of care.

Midland Care’s Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a not-for-profit health care program that helps people at risk for needing nursing home care who meet a level of care requirement stay in their own homes and communities.

Employment Status: Full-time | Monday-Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm | Part-time also available

Salary starting at $84,0000 annually (based on experience)

$3,000 sign on Bouns for Full-time

Qualifications

Required: Graduate of an accredited entry-level program in physical therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, The Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, the council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association, or other equivalent organizations approved by the Secretary, Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy. Current unrestricted Kansas State license to practice as a physical therapist. Must possess a valid Kansas Driver’s License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organization’s insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position. One year of professional experience required, minimum one year experience working with the frail and elderly population, home care or geriatric experience.
