Pharmacy Technicians will interact with the public and patients on a daily basis, and are required to handle a large amount of data and build new relationships. The ideal candidate will prioritize customer service, be able to work in a high-paced environment under pressure, and possess exceptional communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for working as part of a team at our pharmacy to dispense prescription medications to patients. Our revolutionary new pharmacy utilizes innovative technology to ensure fast and accurate counting for prescriptions and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Follow instructions regarding prescription drug orders.
- Maintain pharmacy stock of drugs and other materials.
- Ensure that pharmacy is as clean as possible at all times.
- Keep track of inventory of drugs that are in stock.
- Order drugs as ordered by a medical provider.
- Help customers pick out the most effective and least expensive way to get their prescriptions filled.
- Verify that patients are taking their medications properly.
- Give patients proper instructions about medications that they fill at the pharmacy.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
